  1. Open Settings App on iPhone/iPad.
  2. Select Accounts & Passwords.
  3. Select Add Account from the bottom of the list.
  4. In the list of officially supported options, select Google, Outlook, Exchange or Other accounts.
  5. Enter your Account email address and password. If you’ve set up two-factor authentication, you’ll need to log into your account to set up an app password and use that as your password when you set up the account in iOS.
  6. Tap Next. You’ll see sliders for Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Notes. If you only want to sync the calendar, de-select everything except Calendar.
  7. Wait for your calendars to sync with your iPhone – depending on the size of your calendars and the speed of your connection, this process can take several minutes.
  8. Open the Apple Calendar app.
  9. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Calendars icon to display a list of all calendars to which your iPhone has access. It’ll include all of your private, shared, and public calendars linked to your Account
  10. Select or deselect the individual calendars you want to appear when you’re accessing the iOS calendar app, then tap Done at the top of the screen.
Tap the Today tab in tab bar or Tap the month label at the top bar to go to today in calendar.

Different color dots in calendar view shows how busy your day is with Green being not busy, Orange being moderate busy, Red being very busy and Dark Red being crazy busy.
Once you add your iCloud calendars, You can go to Settings -> Apple to show/hide calendars. You can go to settings screen by tapping profile picture on top bar.
While CalenDo has its own full-featured calendar. Users may have other calendars they are using, and We connect them through Apple Calendar App. This issue can happen in one of the following situations.

Situation 1: Your desired calendars are not connected to your Apple Calendar App
Solution: First add your calendars to Apple Calendar App

  1. Open Settings App on iPhone/iPad.

Once done, your calendar events will show up in CalenDo. If not, then restart CalenDo and follow steps in situation 2.

Situation 2: Your desired calendar is connected to your Apple Calendar App but It is not showing up in CalenDo

  1. Restart CalenDo.
  2. Go to Settings by tapping a profile picture.
  3. Tap on Account -> Apple
  4. Choose calendars, you want to appear in CalenDo.

There are to ways to edit list: 1. Swipe left in List tab to reveal Edit and Delete menu. 2. Tap the three dots at top right corner in list detail view which will present you with option to Edit or Delete List.
There are two ways to share list: 1. Tap “Add Members” button in List edit view. 2. Tap + button embedded in green circle in List detail view.
Yes, to delete all completed to-dos, Tap the three dots at top right corner in list detail view which will present you with option to delete completed to-dos.
You can go to Settings by tapping profile picture where you can tap “Send Feedback” button to report any issues you have. Please let us know what is going on with details and we’ll try to fix it as quickly as possible.
Currently we are working to have feature request management system in place. meanwhile you can always request a feature using “Send Feedback” in settings screen.
You can cancel the subscription with below-listed steps.

Cancel subscription on iPhone, iPad or iPod

  1. Access Settings app in the home of your iOS device.
  2. Scroll down and tap iTunes Store and AppStore.
  3. Tap your e-mail and Apple ID, View Apple ID and enter your password.
  4. Now, tap Subscription and select CalenDo To Do List & Calendar.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and Confirm the cancellation.
